  • How will we keep you informed about your query?

If you call our call centre, an agent will assist you straight away. If they are not able to resolve the query immediately, they will tell you by when you can expect a response.
Should we receive your query via e-mail, fax or mail we will

    • Acknowledge your request within three working days of receipt
    • Tell you who is dealing with your query as well as provide contact details for them
    • Try to resolve the query as soon as possible but latest within 20 days
